  • Step 1

    It’s time to tone up.
    Contact me and we’ll talk extensively about your business. I’ll immerse myself in your brand and gauge the language and tone of your business. This will inform all my written communications with your customers and allow me to speak really effectively as the voice of your brand.  We’ll also establish how many blog posts you’d like per month. Your level of input is completely up to you: either tell me what subjects you want covered, or I can independently develop a content schedule from scratch. If there are specific keywords and phrases that you’d like me to feature, just let me know.

  • Step 2

    I’ll write.
    Your blog posts will be engaging, well researched and aligned completely with the unique tone of your business. They’ll be accompanied by beautifully edited images that will give your content extra sparkle.

  • Step 3

    You’ll review.
    I’ll submit my initial draft online and you can request any necessary edits before the final sign-off.

  • Step 4

    I’ll nurture your creative content and upload it.
    Once approved, I’ll do all the online publishing on your blog. Each post of 400-800 words will be uploaded and fully optimised for SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) prior to going live online (so Google will fall in love with it, basically). This includes applying Meta tags and descriptions.

    I love sharing.
    If I’m also in charge of managing your social media platforms, I’ll design the content marketing that promotes your blog post online via Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+.

Whatever your business area, I’ll design a content strategy which will use social media platforms that are targeting the right consumers and are best suited to developing interest in your products and services.

    I’ll start from scratch or have fun with a facelift. 
    If necessary, I’ll do a social media makeover on each of your agreed platforms. This will include images, text and profile enhancements in accordance with your branding. If we’re starting from scratch, I’ll set up your business accounts, personalise them and brand them fully in line with your company logo and colour scheme. I’ll write you a profile and then get cracking on the content.

How it works

  • Step 1

    Contact me.
    Get in touch with some details of the written work you’d like.

  • Step 2

    I’ll reply with a few questions of my own and then provide you with a quote.

    I send all prospective clients a copy briefing document. Once it’s returned to me, I’ll tell you how much time I’d need to complete your project and provide you with an inclusive quotation. I’ll respond to your completed copy brief as fast as possible and always within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).
  • Step 3

    Once contracts are signed, 50% of my fee is payable upfront. Once this is received, I’ll start to write. 
    I’ll produce engaging copy that effectively targets your consumers and observes specific requests for the inclusion of key words and phrases, especially relevant for digital content writing where SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is an important focus.

  • Step 4

    My pet hate is hidden charges, so I’m never going to be inflicting them on you. 
    My quotes are completely inclusive of the whole research and writing process. This includes all meetings (face to face or on the phone/via Skype), and my research. Editing is unlimited; it continues until you’re happy to sign the project off. Post payment, if you’ve had a rethink and want a small aspect of your project re-worked, you have a cooling-off period of 7 days in which you are welcome to request changes.

Your level of input is completely up to you: either tell me what subjects you want covered in your marketing, or I can independently develop a monthly content schedule from scratch.

    I’ll deliver a quote.
    I’ll write a proposal as fast as possible and deliver it by an agreed date (Monday-Friday).

    Once terms are agreed, you’ll sign a contract.*
